If you're looking for something custom, simply submit your inspiration during the booking process, and we will provide you with a personalized quote based on your vision. We will work closely with you to ensure your creation is exactly what you envision.

Pre-Curated Sets
If you're not looking for a custom design and prefer something ready-made, explore our Ready to Party Collection. This collection features pre-curated sets that come with clear, package pricing for a more streamlined experience.

Cancellation with 30+ Days Notice:** If you cancel your order with at least 30 days' notice prior to the event, the full amount you’ve paid will be credited toward a future event, to be rescheduled within the next 12 months, based on availability. **Cancellation with 29-14 Days Notice:** For cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the event, 75% of your payment will be credited toward a new event within the next 6 months, subject to availability. **Cancellation with Less Than 14 Days Notice:** If you cancel 3 to 13 days before the event, 50% of your payment will be non-refundable, but the remaining balance can be applied to a future event within 6 months, depending on availability. **Cancellation within 3 Days or Less:** If the cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued. The full payment will be forfeited. **Rescheduling:** Should you need to reschedule, your paid balance can be applied toward a new date within a reasonable timeframe, based on availability. If the rescheduled event has a higher cost, any difference will be the responsibility of the client. **How to Request a Transfer:** To request a transfer, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm available dates and any necessary adjustments to your balance.
